Germany-based Sour Bicycles announced its two new steel full-suspension bikes today, the Double Choc trail and Cowboy Cookie downcountry. Petor walked us through the Double Choc last month, but let’s check out the bikes below in production detail and spec…
Double Choc Trail 140-160 mm Full Suspension
The Double Choc can be built up with 136mm or 148mm rear travel. This means that you can build up a short-er travel trail ripper for those quick-bites or go all the way up to 160/148mm for those really big days out.
Not only do we give you the simple beauty of the Horst-link, the Double Choc also features all the threads, bolts, and measurements to make maintenance as easy as possible.
Quick Hits:

Cowboy Cookie Downcountry 120-130 mm Full Suspension
The Cowboy Cookie – seen in Quinda’s bike check – is the perfect bike for long rides, short rips, and everything in between.
What started as a full-suspension sibling to the Pasta Party XC hardtail John reviewed, slowly morphed into its own category altogether.
Sour wanted the geometry to be progressive without sacrificing the all-day nature of a more conservative geometry like the Pasta Party. Everyone loves big days out, pedaling up, down, left, and right, and the Cowboy Cookie is down(country) for all of it.
