Whisky Parts Co: New Milhouse Carbon Moto and Winston Mustache Bars

Whisky rolled out two new models of handlebars that surprised us! The Milhouse is a 825mm with carbon, moto-inspired bar with 8º upsweep, 16º backsweep, and the Winston is a 600mm wide carbon mustache bar with 73º backsweep. I’d say those bars fit right in within the Whisky lineup. What other bar shapes would you want to see?

Both of these bars are in stock now, so head to your local shop for ordering.

Moné Bikes: Help Fund this Carbon Riser Bar Dubbed the “Light Bar”

Want a riser bar with a classic cross-brace but also want your bike to weigh less? Enter the Light Bar.

These carbon bars have a 31.8 Clamp. 2.5” of rise, 827mm wide, and 12º of backsweep. That’s a bit less rise and sweep than Moné’s Oddmone, so if you have a similar bar, you can swap the Light Bar in for a some added comfort and less weight.

Moné is making these bars, no question about it but tooling is expensive, so they’re doing a pre-sale to help kick the Light Bar into production. In exchange for your patience, you’ll get wholesale pricing ($239) for a limited time. Presale runs until Saturday, Oct. 24th. The first 30 Light Bar sales will be fast-tracked so you’ll get your bars even sooner.

Head to Moné Bikes to order.

Rodeo Labs and Cerakote: A Match Made in Hero Dirt

It’s no secret that we love earth tone themes over here at the Radavist. Which is why we’ve taken a liking to Cerakote, the durable and thin coating – .5 mil thick! – that is baked on like a powder but at lower temperatures. John’s Sklar’s finish is Cerakote and we’re seeing more and more integration with frames but very few component applications. That’s why this Rodeo Labs project caught our eye. They went extra dirty with this one with the Elite Earth color on everything, including their Rodeo 2.0 rims. Check out more photos below!

PNW Components $69 Coast Handlebar Comes in 480mm and 520mm

Is wider better? I’d say so! While mountain bikes have embraced the wider bar trend, there’s still a lot of resistance to wider bars on drop bar bikes. Part of that is it costs a lot to try it out. Well, with the rising popularity of wider drop bars, more and more companies are throwing their caps in the ring with the latest being PNW Components and their Coast handlebar and stem. These affordable bars offer up a new riding position for that old familiar gravel or cross bike in your stable. They come in a silver finish and are in stock now, in two widths – 480mm and 520mm – at PNW Components.

Specs:
-65mm Reach – Works with shallow drop and exaggerated flare to make switching body position an ease
-105mm Drop – Shallow Drop for when aero isn’t everything and comfort is
-20° Flare – Combo of shallow drop and 20° flare provides more wrist comfort while moving back and forth between grips and hoods
